State-of-the-art appliances were installed, including an energy-efficient refrigerator and a high-tech oven, complemented by a stylish, durable quartz worktop and a glass tile backsplash that added a touch of elegance. LED lighting was strategically placed to enhance the ambience and functionality of the space. The bathroom transformation was equally impressive. The dated fixtures were swapped for modern, water-saving models, and the tub was replaced with a walk-in shower featuring frameless glass doors and a rain shower head. The walls were adorned with ceramic tiles in a calming, neutral palette, and the flooring was updated to heated tiles for added comfort. The renovation not only revitalised the flat but also significantly increased its value and appeal.
